Vidisha was with Amicus Capital from January 2021 to February 2022. Vidisha was responsible for the ESG initiatives at Amicus Capital and its portfolio companies.

Prior to Amicus Capital, Vidisha worked at ERM India for over eight years where she managed cross-functional teams on multi-million dollar projects in areas of EHS audits, sustainability reporting, data management, due diligence, environmental investigation and remediation, project management and stakeholder engagement. She has expertise as a sustainability advisor to leading multinational organisations and the World Bank. Previously, Vidisha worked in Canada for Kiewitt Group, a large EPC company, as an Environmental Co-ordinator where she oversaw environmental regulatory compliance in projects.

Vidisha holds a Master of Science in Bioresource Engineering from McGill University, Canada and a Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, India.

Vidisha is currently an Independent ESG Consultant.
