Mr Peter Keenoy has over 30 years of credit, valuation and private equity expertise. Currently, Mr Keenoy is a Principal of the Investment Committee of Kilimanjaro Advisors LLC, a Co‑Manager of Impala Partners LLC, a US based financial advisory firm and a member of the Board of Directors of True North, a leading private equity firm in India.

Prior to setting up Impala Partners, Mr Keenoy was a Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of GE Capital’s corporate lending business. During his tenure at GE Capital, he managed a portfolio of over $11 billion USD and led GE Capital’s diligence efforts during various acquisitions. He was also the head of the LBO Workout Group of GE Capital, which was responsible for restructuring over 35 companies and the liquidation of Kidder, Peabody & Company’s $750 million high‑yield portfolio. Before his 14 years at GE Capital, Mr Keenoy spent four years at Arthur Andersen in its auditing division.

Mr Keenoy graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Science degree and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago.
