Prior to co-founding Amicus Capital, Mahesh was a Managing Director in the Asia Growth Capital team of The Carlyle Group based in Mumbai. During his ten plus years at Carlyle, Mahesh led investments across sectors such as technology, financial services and consumer.

Before joining Carlyle, Mahesh worked for EY in their Corporate Finance Team for four years where he was closely involved in M&A engagements in the technology sector. Mahesh also worked for Arthur Andersen in their Tax and Business Advisory Group for four years.

Mahesh received his Bachelors’ Degree in Commerce from Bangalore University and is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and Cost Accountant (Grad CWA).
