Prior to joining Amicus Capital in 2020, Ishita worked at J.P. Morgan for over three years with the Financial Institutions Group as an investment banking analyst. During this tenure, Ishita was involved in Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital market transactions for companies across Banking, Insurance and other financial services.

Ishita holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from PEC University of Technology, Chandigarh and has cleared the CFA Level II examination.
