Avishek has been with Amicus Capital since inception. Prior to joining Amicus Capital, he was a member of the India business development team of Astro Malaysia for one year where he managed the investment portfolio across media & entertainment and e‑commerce sectors.

Before joining Astro, Avishek worked for Faering Capital where he was involved in deals across the consumer & retail, business services and healthcare sectors. Prior to this, he was with EY for four years in their investment banking team. Avishek also served in the finance team of ONGC Ltd.

Avishek is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) (All India Rank 30) and a post‑graduate in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
